The Incobotics project is near\nto end and also Apro Formazione is doing the pilot test of all the materials.\nAround 25 students are enrolled in the test with good results! Apro has\ninvolved two different courses in the pilot course: the EQF3 level \u201cOperatore\nElettrico \u2013 Automazione Industriale\u201d (Electrical operator \u2013 Industrial\nautomation) and the EQF4 level \u201cTecnico per l\u2019automazione industriale \u2013\nProgrammazione e manutenzione\u201d (Industrial automation Technician \u2013 Programming\nand maintenance)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first part of the pilot\ntest was structured with the online course study using the TM Omron Cobot and\nthe self assessment tools prepared on the online platform. After the\ntheoretical part the students was divided in groups to develop cobot\napplications following the challenge guide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best result was an\napplication where a pallet was charged with mixed products (same shape and\ndifferent colours) on a loading system controlled by a brushless motor. After a\nstep-loading sequence the Cobot identify the position and the colour of pieces\nwith AV application then pick and place them in different pallets.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
